2-bar installation

Insert the straight end of the j-hook through the two loops of the Grab-Hook.  Bring the j-hook up completely through the Grab-Hook.  Grab-Hook assembly is ready for the foundation.

After dropping in the horizontal rebar using Grab-R cleats, hook one side of the rebar with the long rebar hook.

Snap the two smaller loops with a downward tap of a hammer.

The Grab-Hook is now installed.  Continue to place Grab-Hooks as needed, alternating the direction of the hooked end for each j-hook.  *Note for installation with two horizontals, the two smaller loops are attached to the innermost rebar and the bigger loop hooking both rebar pieces.

3-bar installation

Insert the hook end of the j-hook through the two loops of the Grab-Hook.

Tap (Hammer) the front loop to secure the Grab-Hook to the j-hook.  Grab-Hook assembly is ready for foundation.

To additionally secure the j-hook, simply use the hammer's claw and twist the extension rod rightward to lock the hook in.

After drooping in the horizontal rebar using Grab-R 3 Bar Cleats, install the Grab Hook loop to the outside horizontal bar.

Snap the two smaller loops with a "side-tap" of a hammer to the center bar.  Installation is now complete.  Continue to place Grab-Hooks as needed, alternating the direction of the hooked end for each j-hook.
